  • First of all, prepare all the ingredients according to the recipe. Peel and rinse vegetables (peppers, ginger and carrots). Peel the garlic cloves. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with a napkin.
  • Using a sharp knife, chop the ginger and chives very finely.
  • Transfer them to a separate bowl, add a tablespoon of honey and pour 50 ml each of soy sauce and clean water. Then mix it all well with a fork and leave for a few minutes to infuse.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces of any shape.
  • Pour the prepared spicy sauce into a deep frying pan and bring to a boil over low heat. Then put the fillet pieces into the sauce, stir and simmer also over low heat and under a covered lid.
  • While the chicken is stewing, chop the peppers and carrots into thin strips. You can take the pepper in two colors: half each red and half yellow.
  • When half of the sauce has boiled out in a skillet, transfer carrot straws into it, mix with chicken and continue stewing, also under a covered lid.
  • Then boil the required amount of udon noodles in boiling water. Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package, which also indicate the cooking time, because it is important not to overcook it.
  • During this time, the sauce in the pan will evaporate completely. Add chopped peppers to the chicken and simmer for another 5-10 minutes to soften.
  • Transfer the boiled udon to the cooked chicken and stir the dish again.

  3. Peel and rinse the carrots, onions, and bell peppers. Then slice them thinly. Transfer the onion to the fried chicken and fry for 2 minutes. Then transfer the carrot strips and fry for 2 minutes as well.
  4. Then, bring the udon water to a boil in a saucepan. Boil the noodles according to the instructions on its packaging. Transfer the chopped peppers to a skillet and fry for one minute.

  3. While the udon is cooking, chop all the vegetables into thin strips and approximately the same size: zucchini, carrots, onions, cabbage and peppers. Grind the peeled ginger with garlic in a garlic or with a fine grater.
  4. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Cut the chicken meat washed and dried with a napkin into cubes.
