  • Rinse the pork thoroughly under running water, dry it with paper towels and cut into large enough pieces (while removing white films and streaks).

  • We peel a few onions and cut them into rings of medium thickness, lay them on top of the main component.
  • Add a few tablespoons of clean water to a baking plate and mix all the ingredients for a few minutes. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to soak the meat with marinade.
  • While the pork is saturated with spices, we soak the wooden sticks in water so that they do not burn in the oven. We plant the pickled pulp directly onto the damp skewers.
  • Lightly grease the baking tray with vegetable oil and lay out the impromptu skewers, tight enough to each other. We send it to the oven for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees Celsius.
  • After half an hour, carefully turn over the half-prepared kebab and continue cooking for the same amount of time.

  • Ground black pepper - ½ tsp.

  1. Peel the onion and cut into rings, about 0.3-0.4 millimeters wide. Gently knead with your hands and add one tablespoon of granulated sugar, two tablespoons of vinegar, salt and water. Mix well and put in the refrigerator to marinate.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces, season with spices, salt, pour in the remaining vinegar and lemon juice. We mix all the ingredients with our hands and send them after the onions to the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
