  • Put pieces of rabbit in hot oil, close the lid, cook for fifteen minutes. Then we turn the pieces over to the other side, close the lid and cook for another ten minutes.
  • Peel the onions and chop finely with a knife.
  • We do the same with carrots. Just grind it with a coarse grater.
  • We spread the vegetables on the fried pieces of rabbit, close the lid and set the "Stew" mode for one hour.
  • In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, black pepper and salt to taste.
  • Pour the resulting mass over the rabbit with vegetables.
  • We continue to simmer until fully cooked. If the rabbit is not young, then the stewing time will be about two hours. Taste and determine doneness by the tenderness of the meat.
