  1. We prepare the raisins, rinse and dry them.
  2. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and use a mixer to bring the mixture to a fluffy mass.
  3. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add slaked soda.
  5. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly until smooth.
  6. Divide the finished dough into four equal parts. Add cocoa to the first part, poppy seeds to the second, walnuts to the third, and raisins to the fourth. Mix each part thoroughly.
  7. Cover the round shape with baking paper, pour the dough into it. In an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake each cake for about 25 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
