  • We wash the chicken, fill it with water and send it to cook with an onion and one carrot for an hour. We also add pepper, salt, and 5 minutes before cooking - bay leaf.
  • We take out the chicken from the broth and separate the meat from the bones. We remove the onion with bay leaf from the pan, chop the carrots.
  • Peel the remaining carrots, rinse and chop. We do the same with the potatoes and send them to the boiling broth. After 10 minutes, add the carrots to the potatoes.
  • Rinse the nettle thoroughly with cool water.
  • Then we scald it with boiling water and grind it. Add the nettle to the broth.
  • Chop green onions and herbs and add to the soup, after which we cook it for another 10 minutes.
  • Add salt and vinegar to boiling water, reduce heat to minimum and carefully pour the egg into the center of the pan.
  • Cook each egg for 3 minutes.
  • Pour the finished soup into bowls, add an egg to each portion and serve. Bon Appetit!

Cooking process:

  1. Rinse the beef ribs thoroughly and separate.
  2. Then we transfer the ribs to a saucepan and fill it with cold water.
  3. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, remove the formed foam and reduce the heat.
  4. Add spices to taste, cover the pan with a lid and leave to simmer for an hour and a half.
  5. We sort out the nettle and sorrel, remove all excess, mix the herbs and add a tablespoon of salt.
  6. Fill the herbs with water, mix and leave for about half an hour.
  7. Then we rinse the herbs under running water.
  8. We shred the herbs not too finely.
  9. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces, then add them to the broth.
  10. Melt the butter in a frying pan and put the herbs on it.
  11. Mix well, cover and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Then remove the lid and, stirring, simmer until it looks like in the photo.
  12. When the potatoes are ready, add the stewed herbs to the pan.
  13. Mix well, add salt if necessary and after 10 minutes turn off the heat.Cover the pan with a lid and leave to infuse for half an hour.

  1. We prepare all the products necessary for our soup.
  2. Cook rice in a bag according to the instructions, then boil hard-boiled eggs in the same water.
  3. We wash the nettle thoroughly in cold water.
  4. We do the same with the dampness, after which we put it in a colander.
  5. Pour nettle with boiling water and leave for 3 minutes, then pour over with cold water and chop finely.
  6. Peel carrots with onions, chop and sauté in olive oil.
